Always elegant, flawless and perfectly primped and preened, Cate Blanchett recently attracted all the attention in Tokyo at SK-II's 30th anniversary ceremony.
Blanchett stepped out in a blood-red silk jewelled-shouldered Alberta Ferretti dress and turned back time rocking an '80s-inspired quiffed updo. It's definitely a new look for the 40-year-old SK-II brand ambassador.

As the leading brand ambassador for the Japanese skincare company, the screen siren truly believes SK-II grants good skin.
"Throughout my career, I have only accepted roles that I am passionate about, and my partnership with SK-II is no different," Blanchett says.
"I truly believe I already played this role as an ambassador long before SK-II caught up with me."
Blanchett was first introduced to the line by a make-up artist several years ago and has been using the beauty brand ever since.
